As well as one-on-one personal training, we also offer fitness training in pairs and in groups. Such intensive training motivates employees and offers a way to build attributes that support the mission and values of your company. Trust, teamwork, creativity, leadership, and communication ability – all these can be improved by a properly designed fitness program, customized for the individual and based on a prior needs assessment and health and
fitness appraisal.
Group fitness options are especially effective if the participants are not recovering from injuries and all participants have a similar level of exercise experience.
Team Building
Sometimes employees need time away from work to replenish, focus, and make sure they are all in sync with the company’s mission and values. COS’s team-building events focus on the needs and goals of your company, and incorporate team identity and team building.
