Personal training is not just for the elite athlete or top executive. It’s for everyone. Although personal training is historically viewed as a one-on-one service, we also offer training for pairs and groups. Whether the goal is to build personal determination or strengthen relationships and build teamwork, we have the option that is right for you. Group Fitness

Personal training is a rapidly growing industry and, with so much choice of service, you may be asking, “Why should I chose a COS trainer?”

Personality! A good personality match is pivotal to success in any project. The trainers at COS are outgoing, dependable, and adaptable. No two people are the same and neither are our trainers. Each one has a unique philosophy on exercise and may specialize in a slightly different area. This ensures that you will find the right match for you and your company, to form a positive connection and promote motivation. Our entire training staff is certified by recognized institutions: all trainers hold university degrees in health-related fields and take part in continuing education to stay on the cutting edge of this evolving field. We also require our trainers to be up to date and qualified in CPR and first aid. At COS we are as dedicated to your fitness as we are to ours, which is why each trainer serves as a role model for your health transformation and acts as a counselor with real-life experience of the same process of attaining greater fitness and wellness.

Finally, a COS trainer is a great match for you and your company because we take a fully client-centered approach, helping you develop your goals and integrate the program into your individual lifestyle. At COS, we know that fitness isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” matter. Let our professional team tailor a program just for you.

We want our clients to take an active role in planning for their health and to develop a sense of responsibility and vested interest in their wellness. Enjoyment and participation are pillars of our programs. Each program design can be focused on any area desired, such as:

What to expect

Your personal training experience will begin with meeting our team and taking part in a fitness and health assessment. The next step involves reviewing the results of these assessments with a health care professional. Combining the results of the assessment with your personal goals and input about lifestyle and perceived barriers, we will design a health and wellness program, including short and long-term goals, in consultation with you. The first personal training session will be preceded by an orientation to the fitness facility and equipment. Throughout the process, there will be continual follow-up and online support, including access to an online journal, daily reminders, and tips of the week. COS personal training is not just an activity, but a process of fostering movement towards complete wellness.
